Yes, we make the lacquer-free wooden doors, Goldea is the first one factory to make the lacquer-free wooden doors in China. In 1998, we have already been the leader of the lacquering-free door manufacturer.

We fill the MDF strips, wood strips, solid core, cube particle board, honeycomb paper, PU foam, etc. Usually we use the MDF strips.

The sectional compounding door divides into three kinds: Mokha door series, Lai-KHA door series, Its door series. They adopt the draw-bore pin structure. They are made of solid wood and MDF material, coated by PVC/PP foil. The middle panel is the MDF board solid core. The top rail, bottom rails and stiles use the solid wood.

For the Mokha doors, its surface is covered by PP film, which is imported from Dai Nippon Printing Co., Ltd. The PP film is up to E0 grade, it doesn’t contain the formaldehyde. It is environment-friendly, anti scratch. They use the durable solid core, E0 board with zero formaldehyde emission. Deep groove contributes tridimensional effect.The functional combination make the door more modern design and utility.Meanwhile, we can install variety of glasses on the door leaf, thus this make the door more elegant.

Inside of the door leaf is the MDF strips, two sides are MDF board, its thickness is 6/8mm. The surface of MDF board is covered by the PVC film. Its thickness is 0.18mm. The edge is LVL.

Doors, by themselves, cannot be design pressure rated. Only complete assembled and framed door units or door systems are rated.

Our payment term is FOB. Payment is 30% deposit, 70% balance to be paid after finish and inspection before loading container.
